Return Window & Conditions

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • It must include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

  • A proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required

Returns requested after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note the following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Gift cards and digital vouchers

  • Intimate products (for hygiene reasons)


📩 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email our support team at [email protected] and include:

  1. Your full name

  2. Order number

  3. Reason for return

  4. Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Please do not return any item without receiving prior authorization from our team.


🚚 Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item received, Wujewelry will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (e.g. change of mind, wrong size chosen), customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt.
Wujewelry is not liable for any returned items lost in transit.


🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a product that is:

  • Broken or damaged

  • Defective or malfunctioning

  • Not the item you ordered

Please notify us within 5 days of delivery by contacting [email protected].
Be sure to include clear photos showing the issue.

Depending on the case, we will offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A full refund

  • Store credit


💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank

If the return is not approved, you may request to have the item sent back to you (shipping fees apply).


Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order separately


Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be in production or shipping and cannot be canceled.
