🚚 Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item received, Wujewelry will cover return shipping costs.

For all other returns (e.g. change of mind, wrong size chosen), customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt.
Wujewelry is not liable for any returned items lost in transit.
